About

I didn’t always know I wanted to work in this field. I have many interests, some of which lead me to a career in the entertainment industry (film and TV music). But 5 years into this career, I had a realization: my heart wasn’t in it. I was burned out and unfulfilled. I went to therapy, quit my job, and decided to pursue my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe that being a Therapist is part of my life’s purpose, and I feel so blessed and grateful to do this work for a living.

During the process of earning my training hours to become licensed, I served as a Teacher and School-based Therapist (8th and 9th grade) at Harpeth Hall School for two years, before transitioning into Private Practice full-time.

In my spare time, I can be found cooking, gardening, reading, watching movies, hiking, writing, and podcasting. I live with my partner, Daniel, and our dog, Chloe.
